Equipment and systems supplied by JME Global comes with a one year warranty against manufacture defects. Professional services extended within the warranty period is provided during normal office hours. In exceptional cases whereby support is required outside office hours, these will be arranged and agreed between JME Global and the customer subject to terms and conditions.
After the warranty period, if maintenance support is required, JME Global provides an annual maintenance option to its customers. Both preventive and comprehensive types of maintenance are available. The JME Global Support Center provides both on-site and off-site support.
