Post Sales Support
Hardware equipment supplied by JME Global normally come with a one year warranty against manufacture defects. Professional services extended within the warranty period is provided during normal office hours. In exceptional cases whereby support is required outside office hours, these will be arranged and agreed between JME Global and the customer subject to terms and conditions.
After the warranty and if maintenance of equipment or system installed is required, JME Global provides an annual maintenance contract to its customers ranging from one to three or more years. The Service Level Agreement will be laid out in the agreement. Both preventive and comprehensive types of maintenance are available.
